Purchasers of the User Manual may copy the downloadable material for their use as facilitators and distribute copy material to their delegates only. The material from the User Manual may not be copied and distributed to other facilitators for their use.
The integrity of the time, cost and effort in developing A SenseAble Friend and the product manual should be respected. Facilitators are required to purchase their own copies of the User Manual.
Tax charges
Items such as cards, sold in the UK to customers in the European Union, are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%. Overseas customers are generally not subject to Vat but may have to pay import taxes on reciept of the goods - this will depend on the country concerned. More details are provided under the section on customs information. However, Vat is charged on ALL downloadable material.

Refunds
Refunds will be in the same form as the payment.
